CA gun laws are so restrictive. Law-abiding citizens follow the laws. This convicted felon obviously didn't when you consider he had a loaded firearm in the vehicle. The 2A means something there and you are allowed a whole different set of laws when it comes to the Right To Bear Arms.
I live in CA and in LA County. So I know exactly what goes on here firsthand. You live over 1000 miles away.
