It has an interesting kernel in it. Haven't seen anything written on it. If the Biden admin writes a new rule to title ix, does that displace the state regulations being passed in the red states. Given the SCOTUS rulings on the dreamers case, would be awfully hard for a republican president to reverse. The only question is whether the federal government has the supremacy to overrule the state statutes so far as title ix applies. There's also a hidden risk here: Rs have been somewhat skeptical of the federal government's ability to reach as far as title ix has. It opens the door to title ix getting ripped by the conservatives.

The title itself tells you the author’s axe to grind. Who wants to “ban trans girls from school sports”? I have yet to hear any mainstream Republican propose banning trans athletes from all school sports.

Yes, I read the rest of it. It was better than EOTL’s woke chopped salad, but it gives almost no attention to why someone might want to restrict all biological males to competition on the boys side.

The author successfully makes the point that, if I start by assuming that a trans girl is identical to a girl, then I get a certain set of conclusions. All true. But that’s kind of like assuming that a furry is identical to a chipmunk.

I am disappointed that eotl didn’t come back harder after sotl when being hit with the pedo slur, which was itself a clever rejoinder to an eotl slur. Guess eotl has finally met his match. There’s someone bigger and badder on the soccer pitch now that just does it better. :(

Years ago when I went to a club, I would have preferred all trans women to look like this. No need to be Fergus in The Crying Game. It's better that it's obvious and everyone knows what they are in for ... up front.
