I see you are attempting to move the goal post. You initially said no governor is trying to protect criminals...to saying well the bill that sponsors protection hasn't passed yet.
Don't you need to find some evidence that Newsom favors the bill?

Posting a proposed bill is only evidence of a proposed bill. I agree protecting criminals doing jail time is ludicrous, but then again we elected a convicted felon who has promised to pardon criminals doing jail time.

This bill came out the same day that Newsom approached the legislature about "Trump proofing" the state and providing $25mm to do so. Whether its Newsom specifically, or his minions doing his dirty work, its the Democrats that are supporting the bill to protect criminal aliens. Are you just going with plausible deniability?
