It is easy solution if all women agree. They can just refuse to play. I am surprised that nobody has not organized this.
If female athletes continue to support this, it sends the wrong signal to politicians/organizers.
Several teams did recently organize a boycott against San Jose state volleyball. The results were mixed. It didn't really change anything, it cost several teams points/games including a semifinal, the player's career is now over, and San Jose ultimately wound up losing the championship game preventing them from advancing anyways. Federal lawsuits were filed but the courts move too slow to do anything and the matter is now mooted out. The athletes from San Jose state cheered the player in question, their teammate. San Jose, being in California, couldn't really legally do anything about it either if they wanted to in Ca state courts and if they tried to exclude the athlete from the team they might very well lose in state court considering the slant of CA courts. Big mess, with everyone losing all around except the championship Colorado team that played them in the final and won.
Think it through, and for youth sports, remember that the trans kid probably isn't out as trans.
An athlete boycott would mean high school girls start saying "I refuse to play against such and such a team, because I think player Z is transgender."
Or, worse, "I'm quitting club X and joining club Y, because I think my old club put a boy on the roster".
I don't think most people would do that.

If you think it through, you’ll realize there’s no such thing as a “trans kid”. Just typical confused kids trying to make sense of the world and their place in it. They are having “trans” offered up as a solution and as an identity - one that is celebrated and gets special treatment. Any time you hear “trans kid”, you need to think, “misguided adult”. And, “misguided” is the most generous word that can be used to describe the adults.
This is the result of the Obama administration... Just look at the proportionality sky rocket after 2010...Numbers do not lie...
I think kicking and screaming's explanation makes more sense. Just normal confused kids who were offered an identity when they needed guidance.
Putting estrogen mimics in their baby bottles didn't help, either. If it was that, we'll see numbers slip over the next few years. BP-A was banned in 2012.
Actually the other change was the advisory board overseeing treatment of trans individuals was captured by radical progressives. It used to be that you would be considered "trans" only if you underwent medical procedures. You could only change your documents, have some protections using the opposite restroom, and play in the opposite sports teams if you underwent medical procedures (which required multiple psych screenings) and were issued a medical card.
During the Obama admin, radical progressives (claiming the "Obama moment") captured that board and buried the guardrails. In some states like California, for example, they brought up the "X" gender option and made it easier to change your documents or even obtain hormones (used to be difficult which is where I got my intro to this issue...doing legal aid). They also made it easier for youngers to transition and get access to hormone blockers. So previously, trans individuals consisted of mostly gay-oriented individuals who knew from a very early age something was medically wrong with them. This change opened the door to others to be considered "trans" (called "self-ID" in the community) including this new idea that gender isn't binary (which is an anathema to the previous medical trans people). Besides non-binaries, it swept in a lot of what JD Vance calls "autogynopheliacs"-- what we used to call cross dressers or transvestites -- who have a fetish about fantasizing about becoming women and get a sexual kick out of it but who don't have an interest in medically transitioning (it removes the thrill) or maybe are miscounseled to go for a transition. So the LGBTQ community somewhat did this to themselves by allowing the radical progressives to capture the agenda. I've been reading some of the work of a columnist/podcaster called Brianna Wu who's been talking about this. She's on twitter if anyone is genuinely interested.
As I've written there is a bargain to be made here (it might even be the biological one which some of you want, but I don't think you'll like it in sports...the equality principle would be on the chopping block and it would relegate women's sports to a permanent lesser position). But it's never going to happen as long as progressives are enamored with gender is fluid and force everyone to use pronouns and some on the right would be o.k. with beating up the trans individuals and would never use a reverse pronoun even as a courtesy. There's no peace there, and given how closely the country is divided, no victory for either extreme. You see this too in the reaction to Wu's twitter: she gets it from both the left and right calling to literally hang her.

From what I read from neutral sites, Banda is legally a women, didn't have any type of meds or surgery, but has a much higher level of Testosterone. The level was legal for the Olympics, but not CAF limits. Everyone has levels of Testosterone. Women usually between 15 and 70, men between 300 and 1000.
I don't doubt this is true for many cases, but I can vouch for the fact, that its not true in all cases. We need guardrails and medical protocols to sort out the difference.

Vouch for what "fact" - that someone believes they are a different gender than their born sex?
Vouch for the fact that there are genuine transgenders that are not influenced by adults, outside factors or that it's just a phase.

I wouldn't cut it off for a women's prison but what the Hell else could possibly be the reason? Unless he's just gay and can't come to grips with it. He spent 60 years being a man with children.
