I think there are a lot more important issues in youth sports than this. I've been at several hundred of girls soccer games and has never been an issue. More commonly on the safety side, I see muggings that are only given yellows which could easily lead to concussions or ACL injuries. Today at my daughter's soccer game, high, hard, and late slide tackle from behind completely took out our striker's legs and she fell straight onto her head and had a Grade 2 concussion. For me, should have been a straight red but ref only gave a yellow. As far as I could tell, the offender was properly gendered for GU15.
This discussion goes well beyond youth sports if you read thru it all. It goes all the way to the USWNT and Olympic level. And although you've never seen it be an issue, it's obivously happening. Look at the swimming world.
Better yet, ask yourself. If some MTF player who is way stronger than your kid lays your daughter out, how would you feel? Then you find out this isn't the first time this biological male has done this. How would you feel? Or he beats your daughter out for a spot on the girls roster?

The biggest issue regarding girls' soccer is allowing a biological male beating your daughter out for a spot on the team, then taking showers and undressing with other girls while this man who claims to be a lady is carrying a loaded pistol and then can go out and beat the shit out of other females in girls only sport. WNT has already made a deal to support the first open MTF to the roster. It's about when, not if. When you allow this cheating to go on, then the girls will be replaced.
