Just wait when all the politicians and actors "male tests" come public. They & Them sure tried to trick most of us. Parents and the leaders at the top were afraid to speak up with what their eyes can see for fear of being labeled a homophobe and transphobe. This is called cheating, end of the debate. The girls (with advice from parents) need to stop playing and competing until this bullshit is over.

Y'all see the last episode of "Yellowstone" (yeah, I know the series has gone down hill but I had to see how it ended)? Turns out the Big Bad is a soccer dad of a little girl. Script writers seem to be making a deliberate statement: As a soccer dad the guy is lecturing his daughter (who is throwing a fit about not being the goal scorer) and being a great supportive soccer dad. But in reality the guy is a cold blooded killer whose profession puts his daughter in danger. I thought it was interesting, and funny the writers picked soccer. The dad-daughter dynamics reminded me of this thread so funny to see it pop up again.

Back on topic...given the results of the election I think this has some practical implications at least as far as the US is concerned. They are complicated because the Biden admin is doing its best to muck up what the Trump admin can reverse but here's a summary

I still think the biggest source of mischief is that Newsom has vowed to fight any of these moves by the Trump admin and it's in the funding bill he's called the legislature back for. The Olympics, as I've previously noted, are in Los Angeles, and will therefore be subject to California law. There will be more developments on this topic as a result.
p.s. I think there is some danger, as I highlighted previously, that the pro-daughter side may win the battle but lose the war. I think that the current debate has raised questions (which conservatives have never loved) about the Title IX equality principles. I dedicate this song to all the soccer dads of little girls and young adult females trying to be Pro. We (mom too) drove them all over Socal in the early days. Then the rich elites wanted to make it harder for the poor dad to keep their dd at the highest level of youth soccer but couldn't afford $20,000 a year like rich dad.

I had a feeling. If you say something, you are insensitive or sexist. If you say something and are wrong, you are a bully and/or mean for saying a woman looks like a man. Hopefully someone can be logical for the sake of women's sports.
This sucks for women, but they kind of need to stand up for themselves with this. It's 100% not fair and crazy in a logical world. If someone has a trace of male genes, they should have to compete with men for safety and to keep it fair for biological women. They are taking spots from girls in college and pro sports.
