Bevcart girls typically sell alcohol at private clubs to older men making their way around the course. These bevcart girls generally make excellent money in tips and are routinely young, beautiful, bubbly and more often than not blonde. Discrimination claims have been filed by older women and men saying they have been discriminated from these “lucrative” roles (though we know they probably won’t pull in as much by tips as the bev cart girls). So the main purpose of the lawsuits is basically to just shut the practice down. The legal question turns on what exactly the bev cart girls are selling: are they selling the experience of flirtation and a fun time on the course (often times the carts are decorated in girly colors for example) or are they just mobile bartenders. What is the purpose, or telos, of the bev cart girls? I fear, at least in the U.S., the bev cart girls are not long for this world.

It depends on the level, in this instance its rec level, so its about max participation for health and wellbeing I'd imagine. The league has teams from littles to adults and a turnover that would be eclipsed by clubs in SoCal or even AZ.

I sort of agree with this. But the issue I have is transitions before 18 years of age since puberty starts way before children become adults. How do you let a child determine this when their brains are not fully developed and they may well be socially conditioned and indoctrinated by the public school system to transition. There are many cases of kids transitioning before 18 and regretting it later which comes with a whole slew of new psychological problems. The fairest and simplest way to go about this is just open up a cisgender woman category for sports. Trannies, non-binary and all the other pseudo genders can compete in the women's category. This is what they want right? To be eligible to compete in the women's category cause I don't see them trying out or wanting to be part of the male category. And for the ones that do, they get my respect as the male category should be opened to anyone outside of cisgender women.
In the case of the XX female that produces natural testosterone levels within the 300 - 1000 ng/dl XY male range they should not be allowed to compete in cisgender XX female category because its the same thing as doping. @Grace T. Have you ever been hit by an individual with high testosterone levels? Go ahead and try it out and then you may change your mind. This female will need to lower her T levels before competing. The physical strength advantages are no joke.
This is the sure way to demoralize society and destroy female sports. I have no problem with marginalized groups having their rights but not at the expense of shitting on cisgender women. Democracy must stand and laws need to favor the majority especially when it comes to competitive sports and the attempt to make things fair. Like I mention before, with all the indoctrination happening in the last 20 years by the public school system, there are plenty of trannies and non-binaries now to have their own category. They want to be recognized in society as a new gender then open the new category in sports call it non-binary et al. Their seems to be a double standard when it comes to these issues. They want these rights under their pseudo genders but not when it comes to sports... they hide under the womens category since its convenient.

I know it's tough when your son comes out and says, "I am a woman now dad." This can be hard on every parent and I 100% empathize with you. However, your son or those you support who are men but now want to play against the real girls is a big fat, "no" when it comes to GIRLS ONLY sports.
I can't let the cat out of the bag right now, but I know of one dude that has tricked many. It's a biological advantage 99% of the time for the MTF. Those that are "sus" are still packing a pistol and that right there is disqualification. Maybe if the man cut it off already there can be a discussion based on many factors. Case by case after the penis is 100% gone.

This is insane if you have a dd to protect Veritas. The one's I have heated debates with on this topic all have MTF sons, that are transitioning to female, and dad is usually protecting his son and are offering their support, and I can respect that. I disagree and I believe 99% of the time the MTF has a biological advantage over a bilogical female, regardless of Charlie's feelings. Charlie just can't become Charlene because he feels like a woman. This is wrong for females with a vagina only sports league, especially in kickboxing.
