President Joe Biden

I have no evidence watty. My brain works different then your brain. No way that loser basement dweller walked right up to the roof and not be questioned. Dude was allowed (keyword) 2 minutes to climb up roof and get in position to take out our beloved candidate for President. I'm sure the assholes at the top of the Dems wanted Mr. Trump taken out. That's how cheaters play life and then these same cheaters pin it on a low life. What evidence do you have that God didn't save Trump or Trump knows the future before it happens?
There is certainly some questions that need to be answered in terms of how this was allowed to happen. While I'm doubtful of a conspiracy, I have serious concerns about government competence (is that an oxymoron?) and transparency.

I have lots of questions with the "allow" word. Another one is why he has zero social fingerprint. Nothing. Odd indeed. Do you think JFK was inside or lone gunman?

JFK is a tough one. I think anything is possible in that case. Oswald had a much bigger footprint than Crooks.

The decision was announced at a White House briefing Monday morning. “In light of this weekend’s events, the president has directed me to work with the Secret Service to provide protection to Robert Kennedy Jr.,” was the quote from Homeland Security Director Alejandro Mayorkas. It’s difficult to read the line “in light of this weekend’s events” and not see an admission on the part of the White House that Secret Service protection was previously being denied to Kennedy, Jr. for political reasons, or out of spite, if those are even two different things in this era. Whatever the original prerogative was for pushing the envelope with that denial, it seems to have been removed by series of paradigm-shattering news events, leading to a flurry of real and symbolic surrenders.

MSNBC likewise made an extraordinary decision Sunday night to pull Morning Joe, with CNN saying the network wanted to “to avoid a scenario in which one of the show’s stable of two dozen-plus guests might make an inappropriate comment on live television.” As with the Secret Service decision, MSNBC was making a major admission, essentially telling audiences its lead morning news show is either not really a news show, or that its format only holds up under something less than maximum scrutiny. I can’t recall a similar act of self-sabotage in media.
Meanwhile, in a move that went mostly unnoticed, Meta announced Friday that it was lifting restrictions on Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, with CNN citing company sources saying this was done “to ensure that Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, would have equal standing with Democrat President Joe Biden.” The next day, after the attempt on Trump’s life that left firefighter Corey Comperatore dead, Axios ran a story about Democratic reaction. Burying the lede, they quoted a “senior House Democrat” at the bottom, saying, “We’ve all resigned ourselves to a second Trump presidency.”

There’s a longer story to be written about the sudden collapse of many of the core premises of the last eight years of American politics, in particular the notion that Trump is such a unique “existential” threat that the system would not bear treating him like any other politician. In conjunction with Trump’s documents case collapsing and a list of other retreats on the lawfare/prosecution front, we appear headed for a new world, though what that will look like remains very unclear. The two obvious options are retreat from the “at all costs” mindset and a double-down, the double-down being the pattern in the Trump era. Who knows yet, but it’s remarkable to watch.

One of the more troubling aspects the Biden administration is the lack of accountability. Many examples, but most recently Biden blaming his staff and the Secret Service blaming local law enforcement.
I've yet to see Biden take responsibility for anything during his term in office. It's usually Trump's fault, but if it's not, it won't be Joe's. Remember, he's been around a long time. In fact, he's been a worthless "civil" servant for over 50-years.

Speaking of no accountability. How stupid does she think we are? The counter snipers were on a sloped roof. If Biden had a pair, or even just common sense, he would fire her immediately.

She also continues to resist calls that she step down over the incident, even while taking responsibility for her agency.

'The buck stops with me,' she said. 'It was unacceptable,' she told ABC. 'And it's something that shouldn't happen again.'

That could be one of many dems... Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Mayorkas, Geppetto Fauci, head of Secret Service...

The alarms should have gone off the second he was spotted on the roof... gun or no gun. End of story. Bystander? Cop? Sniper? They were all aware of his presence and it would have been a red flag/immediate alarm for any one of us. Trump never should have been allowed in the open until that dork was neutralized.

I think we all agree Trump is a d-bag and none of us would want to drink a beer with him, but I can't think of a single thing Trump has been accused of where Biden hasn't done the exact same thing. Racist? Misogynist? Liar? Stolen documents? Nepotism? Ego?

Am I missing something? The only difference between the 2 is performance in the Oval Office.

Something smells rotten. Head boss at DHS says it should be a crime to even question and insider at headquarter. How dare you even have a thought like that.

First, we had Mr. Crookes and now we got Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheat-le (sound like "ly") all the time, WHO said a decision (by whom) was made to put local law enforcement inside the building — that gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks later climbed on top of to shoot President Trump — instead of the rooftop due to the “safety factor” of putting someone on a “sloped roof.”

I find it interesting that Biden says we need to take down the temperature of the rhetoric and then goes and speaks to the NAACP, after one of their branch President's tweeted 'I don't condone violence but please get some shooting lessons so you don't miss next time ooops that wasn't me talking.'

Sad people live among us. "Anyone but Trump" says Husker Du. Only demons want and think about murder. "Ooops" my ass. Notice nothing, not a peep from espola and Husker Du regarding the attempted assassination on Trump.
