Several presidents before him took and kept classified docs.
Traitor Espola the Marxist lies again and again. Say hi to Jackoff Smith for me. You are the biggest liar ever on the forum. You MUST engage me loser. It's the rules of nature. You should never have crossed God and his children. Bad Daddy!!!The only President known to have kept classified documents after leaving office was LBJ He did it because he wanted to hide his lies and scheming that had led us so deeply into the Vietnam War. Nixon didn't do anything about it because he wanted to play the same games with the American People. It was also probably legal at that time, since the Presidential Records Act was not passed until the '80s. No President since then has held onto any documents on leaving office except those that are clearly defined in the Presidential Records Act as "Personal Documents". Even worse for t's position, the National Archives would have provided for free a secure location anywhere in the country where he could have stored and accessed classified documents for his future use, such as writing memoirs and the like.
One of the reasons Hillary and others were not prosecutable was that the law regarding classified materials was looser back then. It was tightened up with new laws passed in 2018 so they could "lock her up" in the future. Guess who was President then.
Hoist on his own petard.
Kids in HB forced to watch Pride video in Math Class. This is the new way to teach Math. If you don't obey and STFU, you get Saturday Detention. Seriously folks, we have crossed a line.
Here you go, Press Statements in Response to Media Queries About Presidential Records | National Archives
Its pretty clear
Someone is really angry.
If you think that’s bad, wait until you hear about all this religious bs that teachers keep trying to discuss in schools.
Trump still can’t find a lawyer to take his case. Ha ha ha.

You’re the one who wants to kill trans children.
Your question was "Where did you read that he had no right to them? "It doesn't say jack shit and let's not pretend you read it all. What parts I did read say absolutely nothing about Trump refusing to cooperate with NARA or anyone else.
Uh, Congress sent $200 billion you dumb fuck. If you’re upset, maybe you should tell Rand Paul to whine a little louder.
Your question was "Where did you read that he had no right to them? "
The response is on point and written so a 6th-grader should be able to understand it.
Yes, and I'm not surprised that you can't.LMAO! The response is 24 hours of google search. Did you read the releases, Fudd?
Can you point out exactly where it says he had no right to them?
Yes. I'm not surprised that you can't.
In the second paragraph, answering the first question --Still waiting. Where is it?
What's funny is you lecturing about children's feelings when you were calling a high school girls basketball team fat all because you didnt agree with their actions. How do you think your actions made them feel emotionally or if people like you cause young women with weight issues harm, or you dont care because it doesnt fit your agenda? Hypocrite. How exactly do you think trans children feel when you repeatedly call them cheaters despite the fact that they are following the sports’ rules? The reality is you don’t care one bit how your piece of shit behavior harms trans children emotionally. You don’t care how much it causes them harm. You just bury your head in the sand that your behavior contributes to trans suicides.
In the second paragraph, answering the first question --
The PRA makes the legal status of Presidential records clear and unambiguous, providing that the United States reserves and retains “complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records.” 44 U.S.C. 2202. There is no history, practice, or provision in law for presidents to take official records with them when they leave office to sort through, such as for a two-year period as described in some reports. If a former President or Vice President finds Presidential records among personal materials, he or she is expected to contact NARA in a timely manner to secure the transfer of those Presidential records to NARA.
So now we know you didn't read (or more likely, didn't understand) the first two paragraphs?
