Without actually seeing the evidence, Cal south was provided ample evidence to overturn the disqualification. I am really concerned that CalSouth ruled a disqualification in the first place, which is why I think the opposing point of view is also so curious.
It is my understanding that AS and Cal South not need to provide private and personal hard evidence to the general public, or to us the parents. This is private documentation that belongs to a 10 year old girl. I, as per my previous posts, thought this was really hard to comprehend, but now I think other clubs this kid played for made administrative errors into the calsouth system that ultimately led to this unfortunate event for an innocent child (again, I haven't seen anything, this is just my understanding).
I have been a part of this team for almost a year, and I know for a fact a lot of the presumptions on this forum are "hear say" and not exactly true. In fact I heard the rumor that the "City that never sleeps" parent was a relative of the coach for many months when I joined the team, to only find out it wasn't true. So shame on people posting to this forum that they are all knowing when they know nothing.
Soccer for me is about my daughter being the best she can be, as I am sure it is for most of you. If there comes out a ruling against this team from Cal South I will be the first to say you are right. As for now that is not the case, so please be careful in attacking AS as we as parents feel you are attacking the region your daughter plays for, our AS girls, and undermining the validity that your dd's have played well against tough competition. Winning this tournament was a tough feat, the 06 girls in CalSouth are no joke. There are at least 10 teams we've played against this year that I think it could go either way on any given sunday. Congrats to all the Cal South girls that made each other better.
FYI...My spouse told me not to commit any more on this forum, but I like other soccer parents like you, and felt the need to tell you how I felt. If any one attacks me or my lil, this is the last time you'll hear from me. I have really enjoyed the competition this year and all your dd's teams have helped my 06 dd get a lot better. To you and your daughters I am thankful.
