If you want to identify as a turtle, go for it, but you shouldn't be advising anyone else on mental health. Let's also be perfectly honest, these aren't genders, these are self-ascribed identities. In my mind, there a two biological sexes and 4 genders: male, female, transgendered male and transgendered female. Everything else is just a personal choice of identity, lifestyle, fetish etc. (Yes I understand that there may be some personal choice in being transgender M or F, but I think its fair to include them as a gender for clarification purposes). And no, biological males shouldn't be competing against biological women.
