Probably because the 30 day ceasefire only started on Jan 19 and nobody knows if it will last beyond 30 days.

To be fair to Trump, he is the only one who could, can and would tell Bibi to do one and just stop all arms exports & funding to ensure Bibi knows who is really in charge, and just do whatever he is told. No other President would have the balls to do it, or would be taken seriously.
