I am still working on losing a few more pounds and increasing my aerobic activity a little bit more. My eating habits are where I want them now - maybe just a bit less volume. I'm in a better spot than I was this summer but still not quite where I want to be. I'm also focusing more on getting out and enjoying each day and less on watching case counts go up and down. Two years of that are enough
