Democrats don't believe in prosecuting anyone. It just costs them votes. These are the same people that say it's okay to steal up to $950 in California, while we watch people use the Target scanners to get their carts up to $949, and then say it's racist to put cages on the products because the business is fucking tired of being robbed by deadbeats.
