Everything's relative. Compared to the prior admin and the Obama years, the direction all the departments are moving is better in my view - anti-globalism, prosecuting crime, closing the border to illegals, opening up domestic energy sources, fighting the sources of drugs coming into our country, protecting children and women, focusing on bringing business to the US with investment and trade policy changes, assertively protecting our interests in our hemisphere, exposing corruption and fraud (I'd like to see more prosecutions), putting US citizens first, attempting to fix our compromised elections, etc. Sure, some things haven't been handled well. But we were literally losing the freedoms that were the foundation of our country, and moving toward a CCP style of government. That's not even a question now.

It’s not “better” than Biden that I’m evaluating on. The Dems could have put up another Globalist to support their leadership of our country into a CCP style of government who would have been an improvement on Biden. (Amazingly, they couldn’t even do that. 😂). But that would have been like a beautiful women beheading you instead of an ogre.

I’m evaluating on this. Our ship was sailing straight toward the Communist waterfall. Is it getting turned around? I’ll worry about whether I want to go to Tahiti or Bora Bora once we clear that danger.

IIRC, you didn’t vote for either candidate in the last Presidential election. Do you believe the trajectory of your children’s lives would be significantly different if Harris was elected?
