Hegseth? Recruitment after being flat and or falling for years is beating goals again. People want to serve. When the US Armed Forces have had to act, the have done so with little to no issues. They seem to be operating at a high level. The Dept is working on the actual mission again, focusing on merit, not DEI, etc.

Overall the cabinet has worked well at what they are supposed to do.

Patel completely bungled the Epstein files....of course, with Bondi's help. His optics are terrible. It's too bad because I liked both of them.

Hegseth gets an A for recruitment and an F for Iran. He always gives me the impression he is in the middle of a roid rage.

Both have been highly criticized by their own party. IMO they both come across as being in over their heads. They aren't nearly as professional and competent as Rubio, Vance, Homan, Bessent, McMahon and Duffy.

Curious about how he gets an F for Iran. The military has done exceedingly well in all aspects with regards to Iran

The issue is to win a war you need boots on the ground. We are not going to do that. So we target ships, buildings, info centers, HQs, leaders, etc. There has been no issue there. When a plane went down the military pulled off a stunning rescue.

Not sure why he would get an F.
