How did she get mental challenges in the first place? I don't know if this is untrue or true, but it seems that whenever someone makes a claim like Anne, she is deemed a mental case.

LA County Fire Chief Anthony Marrone on Palisades fire: "We have well over 5,000 acres that are burned and the fire is growing. We have no percentage of containment. We have an estimated 1,000 structures destroyed and also no reported fatalities... The cause of the fire is unknown however it is under investigation."
