You're confusing arbitration with mediation. A mediator never expresses support for either side.

I guess we both experienced mediation after deposition. Mediator is there for a nice pay day and to tell both sides to make a fucking deal before the days up or go to trial or die before trial and get nothing. Scare tactics are in play and he or she is good at playing with fear. One side thinks they got 4 aces while the other side is wanting their insurance company to pick up the tab. The best part of depositions and mediation is watching liars get caught red handed in lie after lie. No justice in mediation though and 99% of all lawsuits in up with a mediator. Mediator will beat the shit out of both sides, wear you down emotionally, come up with shit you never thought of before to scare you even more and make you feel like you could lose and be the loser the other side thinks you are. It only takes one juror to go against the plaintiff. If one had the four aces but was too emotional on the stand, then he or she could lose at trial and get nothing. Or, the emotional one could win and then the loser could appeal and drag on forever and ever. So, the mediator will let each side know of the dangers of not taking a deal that day. A friend of mine who owns a rather large business has been sued a few times and always has to go through his business insurance. He had one lady accuse him of nonsense but to have her go away, she got paid.

If you wanted to really get ahead in the game, you had to sell your soul, become a snitch, obey liars and cheat to win. I feel like were watching a crime thriller with suspense and it's about to take a very dark turn into hell. What these poor kids have been through is pure evil. These sick fucks have no remorse or empathy when others are tortured, especially little kids. These people are ruthless animals with no sympathy towards others. Nope, they just think for themselves and how they can win and win always. They will cheat, kill, lie, steal and start wars to make a buck. They love war that never ends, and they love it when other people's kids go fight endless wars that never really end, they just keep going for gravy train cash. What a sick way to live on earth, trying to make money on war, rape, kidnapping kids, drug smuggling pilot, drug runner or pimp. What a loser way to live
