He’s sending a message to those would be brown shirts that he will award loyalty.
Now he is trying to circumvent Congress to take control of funding so he can award cronies and punish those he wants to.

Well they leveraged their political power and celebrity into book deals, speaking engagements and "consulting" aka figurehead positions, so their bank accounts increased dramatically. How are you suggesting this impacted the position on immigration?

Soros convinces a few of the power brokers - Clinton’s, Obama, Biden - that they can Californiaize the rest of the country if they let in enough immigrants. Worked in England. This election stalled things here.

Something seems off with the drone explanation. Why wouldn’t Biden’s handlers have him say that? Maybe I’m giving them too much credit. I always ask myself, what reasonable story-line gets me to what was going on. I don’t gave one for the drones.
