Interesting, is this just moving coaches to different age groups or re-tooling the program with new coaches coming in?

Their South OC Chapters (Laguna, RSM, Mission Viejo, maybe 1 or 2 more) are going to all be called "Pats South OC" or something along those lines.
Not sure how this impacts things overall. I think it's just to act/look like 1 big happy family.

Where will they practice, and whats the commute like?

Thorns lost yesterday to Placer 4-1. Surprising results I wonder what happened. I welcome all thoughts, concerns, and responses.

Want to watch the game. But, need to catch up on a few. Right now I’m watching my boys scrape out a win at King Power Stadium. Then playing locally against my nemesis.

Lastman- it just wasn’t our day. They controlled the ball more the first half and we didn’t have that many chances. 0 -1 at half. 2nd half have me missed 5 tap ins while applying pressure and the coach subbed out‍♂️! Our coach wasn’t there so we had a fill in. Anyway it went down hill from there. Placer got off some really good crosses! Just wasn’t our day!!

Lastman, apologies for my ignorance but how are you able to view other academy teams game video? Is it part of a premium service through Hudl? Would love to see how other clubs are playing outside of games vs my DD

SOUTHBAYFUTBOL- You can request games from your team manager. That’s the normal process. If you have any question private message me and I’ll see what I can do!!

Thorns were without their main goal scorer as she played up with the 04’s. However Placer was also missing a couple usual starters.

Not actually so surprising if you know both teams. The first time they played, Placer had more possession early and was also up 1-0 at half. However a Placer injury in the second half left them down a player for a while and they were without their goalie.

Placer controlled most of the first half but overall the game was more even than the score shows. Both teams missed some opportunities but Thorns missed more of theirs.
