Yes I agree, it was a good game between the two. Went back and forth. Beach getting an early 2 goal lead, then the thorns storming back and tying the score. Before the first half ended. Beach taking another 3-2 lead in the 2nd, with the Thorns coming back again and ultimately winning at the end. In my opinion game could have gone either way. It was a great game played by both teams. Thorns are a tough, athletic team with speed at the front. Our girls played with grit, played them tough and seem to be hitting their stride.

Well said!! It’s great to see 2 good teams with different styles play against each other. It’s great how teams makes adjustments. I hate to see a Red Card by a goalie but there was nothing she really could do. Both teams had great chances and good opportunities. The body of work is huge for both teams in the future.
