If the team only has 8-9 players the kids should be refunded because they don't have a team. That coach burns through more kids than the entire so cal coaching population combined. At what point do people just say. "I'm not playing for that guy!"
There is no "deserve".
I agree. So why do the other players "deserve" not to lose 7-0 if they can't beat a team of age appropriate players in a sanctioned game?
Clueless.
...no class. Love a good Fat Albert reference.Remember this is the same coach who borrowed Texas girls when his 'GU14 team played in California Regional League games vs. Legends and Surf last year...like school in the summer...
You are pretty out of touch. No surprise. You probably like that every rec player in SoCal that has parents that can write a check play club soccer. Were you our your kids elite players?

I only care because they are purposefully playing a low level tourney. Yes we as parents know that level means nothing- in all reality the entire circuit means nothing- but if you are going to classify players, and then change the game that's a new low.
I would expect it from trophy chasing clubs who like to use their twitters and facebooks to proclaim their dominance but I do like that now parents are becoming aware of the ruse.[/QUOTE
3 of the ECNL girls are considered the ECNL bench that never get any playtime at their ECNL league games , Also, the 7-0, 5-0 games half of the goals came from the original EGSL girls. EGSL had 3 very skilled & athletic players but the EGSL team also has 4 players that just came out of a rec team & had no business being allowed to be playing at tier 1 during the fall season. Not even the FC wanted those girls. That is were the unfairness comes in. ALL clubs are guilty of signing players to a B team just to make money. My daughter has played for a top Pats team, a Surf b team and now the Arsenal team and they all pretty much do the same thing. It's all about the money, the win and pleasing the parents with the largest voice. All girls that have been playing with a club for the last 3-5 years is fit to play against a so-call elite player! Why do some advanced club players play AYSO? RB played always had 5 EGSL girl on the field the entire game. We also had a 04 goalie from the 04 Pre-ECNL tier 2 team. Honestly, the teams on our bracket played really well and all 3 teams worked hard and challenged those so-call elite players. Sometime coaches and parents are the ONLY ones that put a classification on certain player because they have been given special opportunities because of "soccer politics" that some other just as skilled players have not. Let the kids play and have fun. Let's stop teaching kids how unfair things can be in life and teach them to go hard regardless of who they play against. ECNL girls are beatable, even from a s 2nd tier team. #1soccerdad
Really, the justification is that RB always had at least 5 egsl girls and only 6 ECNL girls on the field at a given time. Wow. Delusional a little bit. Appealing to play down and then allegedly bringing in 8 ECNL girls to play a flight 2 tournament is as sleazy as it gets. Don't try to justify it. Funny thing is RB and the entire Arsenal club will lose even more respect if he wins than if he loses.
Maybe, in part, because of BS like this. All irrelevant anyway- reign of terror over because they didn't get DA and ECNL is lower on the ranks.
Arsenal 03 Egsl has scored 15 goals in 3 games and 0 goals against. 7-0, 6-0, 2-0. Westside Breakers Blue is the next team they play tomorrow. (Rooting for Westside Breakers from the sideline) If Arsenal 03 Egsl wins it all, this is what is up next for them: Represent Cal South in the 2017 US Youth Soccer Region IV Presidents Cup Regional's in Salt Lake City, Utah, June 13-19, 2017. Winners of the Regional's will advance to the 2017 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup Championships in Auburndale, Florida, July 12-16, 2017. (NO conflicts with ecnl schedule. (League ends 5/21) Ecnl National playoffs are 6/22-6/27 in Rockford, IL) Good luck to all of the dd's that have to endure playing against Arsenal 03 egsl in the coming weeks and maybe coming months. Sometimes life is not fair, but that is why we all love to cheer on the "underdogs"!!!!!Really, the justification is that RB always had at least 5 egsl girls and only 6 ECNL girls on the field at a given time. No great surprise, I have heard the team vibe between many of the girls is rather adult in nature. All irrelevant anyway- reign of terror over because they didn't get DA and ECNL is lower on the ranks.

Are you a parent of the AYSO girl? EGSL girl? or ECNL girl? I'm trying to follow your justificationDon't really see the big deal! We all put our kids in a club team, so they can play at a competitive level. President Cup is classified as an advanced level. It's just a game people. Did you know only 1% of girls make on the national team. No rule is being broken people.
