If your daughter doesn’t make the ECNL team by u14, and is stuck on the RL team at one of the big clubs like Surf, Kobe, Legends, Slammers….take the hint, hint….and you want to get recruited to small D1 or D2/3, go to a mid-tier ECNL club or top level GA. The big clubs ECRL teams do have talent, and they are lead along and train with the ECNL, to keep,that revenue in the club. But the big ecnl clubs will attract top players (like USYNT movements) and those will be the types joining the big ECNL clubs at 15-16 years old.
