No. You continue to misunderstand how the algorithm works, and what it represents. It's not giving bonus points because they think that a team "should" be stronger/ranked better or "should" be weaker/ranked worse. If you want a system like that, head over to GotSport or any of the other BS algorithms that add/subtract points based on feelings. SR figures out the most likely team to win based on prior actual game results. There is no bonus (or penalty) for league, age, gender, or anything else.

It’s an algorithm. You can make it which ever way you like. You can weigh certain results more heavily. Currently you have teams that predominantly play in closed leagues and you rely on those few summer tournaments for cross pollination of data points. Even that is disappearing because mls next teams are playing in mls tournaments and ecnl on ecnl tournaments. Without teams that cross over and play each other, you are on shaky grounds statistically.
