But this was implemented from feedback received from the Hawiian governor who he spoke with during the first days of fires asking what he should do to help people that were affected.
In this case I do give him credit.

You can't be 100% offense against your opponent.
Sometimes it makes sense to praise them for things that they do that aligns with what you see as positive.
