And I do now realize that the things many people find despicable about Trump are the things his supporters like about him.
I give his response to Covid a C-. He gets an A for getting the vaccine fast tracked and an F for allowing Fauci to have a lead roll in the pandemic response, at least after the first couple of months when it became Fauci was full of shit. He was stuck between a rock and a hard place, but I wasn't super stoked on how he handled the covid relief. There should have been more safeguards, unfortunately when the government gives out money it mostly gets wasted on fraud. I can't blame him for the disastrous lockdowns, that was on a state and local level.
