But again dummy I’m laying out that you, a man, have been questioning them, females, and their motivations in a sport which they play at the highest levels. Both things can be true at the same time, but then you are too thick to realize it. A better way to have made your point was to lay out that hypocrisy but you, Mr I care about women, instead chose to question their bravery. Errr. I point out that the radical islamists are motivated by much of what they do by the protection of women. They stick their women in burkas because they think men are such scumbags they’ll be driven uncontrollably crazy by seeing a lock of a woman’s hair. So their solution to keeping “women safe” is burkas, not allowing them to leave the home and not giving them an education. The women are nice and safe that way.

I’m not questioning the virtue of every man here— some like watfly, dad4 or veritas have taken a step back when things go too far. I’m not (at least not yet) necessarily throwing you into the same camp as slobi. I don’t know what’s in your heart (at least not yet). The applicable question for you is whether you care about the trans people having a level playing field and a safe place to play, and if so whatcha gonna do about it. In your case, at least, so far I think it has more to do with ignorance (the entire “mental illness” thing) than bigotry but time will tell now that you’ve been exposed to the information. Some people say “well let me study this some more…I may need to examine some of my priors and check to see if it’s true”. Others are “nope don’t want to hear it….they are sick sick sick”. Only you can answer which one you are. Hint: if you’ve been nodding along with Slobi, chances are you aren’t one of the good guys.
