Nobody here has any legal authority. But if you have a triple digit IQ, you can easily see the hypocrisy amongst democrats willing to spend the last 8 years trying to make shit up about Trump, go after him for things that were never a problem before and completely overlook the fact that actions of the republicans are ONLY "illegal and racist" when they do them.

For example, Biden telling illegal aliens they won't be incarcerated or shipped back if they come to our country, then fly them all over the country at night, on the U.S. taxpayer dime, and then saying DeSantis and Abbott are racists and kidnappers for doing the EXACT SAME THING. That's not my opinion... that's a fact. Do you see the problem now? Do you need to log in on another profile to see it?

There is no question that Trumps current situation is self-inflicted and should be prosecuted (I shed no tears), however, to just dismiss "whataboutery" is disingenuous when there is a clear and obvious double-standard when it comes to enforcement. HRC went one step further than Trump and actually destroyed classified information with the intent to hinder an investigation. Biden's classified documents don't really move the needle for me unless it turns out it is related to Burisma, or the alleged bribery scheme.

We have a serious problem in our country if our institutions are weaponized and enforcement is arbitrary depending on political affiliation. At some point you can't dismiss it all as "coincidental", that just doesn't pass the smell test.
