Today in Fascism

"I don’t think people have fully internalized just how wicked this communist Biden show trial in Manhattan really is. The presumptive Republican nominee for president, the opposition leader, Joe Biden’s chief political rival, has been removed by force from the campaign trail by a local Democrat prosecutor and local Democrat judge — thereby preventing @realDonaldTrump, every minute he is on trial, from campaigning for president, fundraising, or from aiding in the retake of the Senate or control of the House.

The fate of our democracy, our sovereignty, safety and liberty, of war and peace, hinge on an election now underway, and a partisan Democrat prosecutor and judge has subordinated that entire national election — the franchise of every voting citizen — beneath this sick hoax of a trial.

A trial for a non-crime almost one decade old based on repudiated nonsense nearly two decades old but which somehow requires a criminal trial right now.

Democracy does indeed need saving: OURS." Mr. Miller

These are all true and leading statements in the post. This is not satire and I'm certainly not playing, "make up stuff for the heck of it." No way, it's not how I roll. I use satire, not misleading statements. In this example of EJ saying one father can make a change in youth soccer and you said, "impossible" or something around those lines, it's 100% truth man. Not making up or telling a lie.
I don't know why I would have said anything about what you call "pay for play", as I had no experience with the memories you reported. We paid our fees the same as all the families did (except those who were granted full or partial scholarships), and in my experience, all the coaches made logical roster and playing time decisions without regard to who was paying how much.

Nice story on Soros in 2004. I'm sure he's aged as well in the last 20 years as Joe Biden. Nothing to see here.

“Next to my fantasies about being God, I also have very strong fantasies of being mad,” Soros once confided on British television. “In fact, my grandfather was actually paranoid. I have a lot of madness in my family. So far I have escaped it.”

Interesting funding information here from the New York Times. Hahaha! I’m just kidding! They only do advocacy now like the rest of the MSM. This is from Bari Weiss’ Free Press.

If you want an eye-opening read on the guy mentioned at the end of this post, Fergie. I’ll post it. It’s long, but paints a picture of how someone goes on a journey to support these “causes”.

Who are the ‘external actors’ at the campus protests? The New York Police Department made 282 arrests at two anti-Israel protests Tuesday night—173 at the City College of New York and 109 at Columbia. Mayor Eric Adams, in a press conference Wednesday morning, claimed that while the majority of those involved were students, a lot of them were also “external actors” who came to campuses “not to peacefully protest, but to create chaos.”
It is still unclear how many of those arrested were students, versus people coming in from the outside. But the potential involvement of “outside activists,” as Columbia’s president Minouche Shafik put it, is not surprising for those who have followed pro-Palestine activist groups over the past few months.
Supporters of the encampments insist they are student-led and see talk of outside activists as an effort to discredit them. But activist organizations have been quite open on social media about their role in fueling and sustaining these campus protests.
I saw the leaders of some of these groups wandering outside of Columbia’s campus on Tuesday, just hours before the NYPD’s sweep, including The People’s Forum executive director Manolo De Los Santos and Within Our Lifetime founder Nerdeen Kiswani.
Free Press readers might remember our previous reporting on The People’s Forum, which describes itself as a “movement incubator for working class and marginalized communities.” Its main backer is Neville Roy Singham, a multimillionaire Marxist who now lives in China. The People’s Forum put out a call on Twitter to its disciples Tuessay afternoon to head to Columbia’s Morningside Heights campus and “open the gates and break the siege,” following the university’s decision to limit access to campus only to essential personnel and residents. They participated in a protest alongside students from inside campus and
sneaked in water and food in to-go containers through iron slots in the gates. (Students occupying the campus building
said earlier that day that the university was denying them “humanitarian aid.”)

Per The Washington Free Beacon, it was all part of The People’s Forum and De Los Santos’s plan to “give Joe Biden a hot summer” and “support our students so that the encampments can go for as long as they can.”

Meanwhile, activist group Palestine Action US released a guide for the next steps in the pro-Palestine movement in the U.S. yesterday. It encourages protesters to “escalate” and to “build more militancy.” No approach is off-limits, according to the group, “including militant direct actions.” (Political violence to you and me.) The organization has
close links to Fergie Chambers, the multimillionaire communist heir to the Cox fortune. Their guide calls on protesters to “reject the distinction between students and ‘outside agitators.’ ”

My conclusion based upon what I've seen, and what has been reported, is there are 3 types of protestors:
1) Outside agitators who are paid by far left groups to sow chaos and division in our country
2) Palestinian affiliated individuals that are indoctrinated at an early age to hate Jews
3) Stupid and entitled students (and professors) that are just jumping on the latest protest bandwagon who have no clue about the current conflict and nothing of the Israel/Palestine history

These aren't your parents (or Espola's) protests of the 60's that were organic and calling for peace (although some ended up violent when radical groups became involved). The current protests are coordinated, hate filled terrorism.

Kinda like the January 6th crowd but from the right. Extremist seem to be allowed far more airtime than they deserve. Civilian filibuster that proves nothing and changes very little.

I never participated in a protest in the '60s. In fact, in 1968 I enlisted in the Navy Reserves while still in college, and in 1969 I was ordered to report to Boot Camp at Great Lakes after I dropped out of school, even though I had been re-admitted.

Right on.

It will be interesting to see the injury lawsuits against UCLA for not acting to allow police to remove the encampment sooner.

No, kinda like the BLM riots, death and destruction you liberal losers supported because you'll sell anyone's soul for a vote. I guess it never bothered you black law enforcement officers died. Just the criminals resisting arrest.

The presidents/chancellors of the schools that have allowed the anti-semitic encampments should be terminated and the students that didn't participate in the protests should receive a tuition refund forthe cancelled classes and failing to protect student safety. When did it become OK to appease people spewing terrorist rhetoric?

Kudos to those schools like UT, UF and UofU that nipped the encampments in the bud and protected student safety.

Imagine being so purposeless that you find purpose in the support of Hamas? It's a dangerously pathetic existence.

All coaches? That's a bold statement Mr. Fudd. Are you talking about all the AYSO coaches or all the coaches and Docs in club throughout Southern California made logical rosters decisions, without regards to buying extra privates or donating to the club? GDA granted each family dd 25% start with the guarantee of play time if they paid their fair share. That's called pay for play. You said, "impossible mission." I say, "All things are possible with God Almighty and two Guardian Ange Angels by your side. I lost it espola. Even you said that all the colleges stayed away from my dd because of me. Imagine that. Thanks for nothing. We the parents need to work together so our kids are not abused mentally or worse. Come on dude, I want kids born, kids protected, girls not yelled at and manipulated and abused with evil and women treated with respect, fairness and dignity. The end!!!

Who did you vote for? By the way, my adopted brother came back from Vietnam in 67'. Pure hell for him. He got tricked into becoming a Gunner on Huey. Saw action all the time.

I participated in one protest. It was when someone bought The Strand in OB and turned it into an x-rated movie house. The manager (?) would come out and try to persuade us to leave. He tried to bribe us with pizza but we just gave it anyone walking by.

Again I can come with the January 6th comparison that you most likely would dispute.
