Dropped? It went to trial. He had his day in court, and at least some of the jury believed him.

Trump will get the same chance. 12 men good and true, just like Edwards got. A Democrat files false documents about his hush money, the Democrat went to trial. Trump files false documents about his hush money, Trump goes to trial. So far, it’s a match.

Wait and see what the jury says. Maybe they believe Trump’s story. Maybe they don’t.
I read through the whole indictment. The best parts are in the second half, the narrative after the detailed counts. It seems to me that there are so many counts because t split the payoff to Cohen into multiple smaller checks, and the transaction records for each check become several of the counts (each check and the records of each check). There also appear to be two women (one is Stormy, don't know who the other is) and a doorman who were paid off to keep quiet, even though they found out that the doorman's story was false.

The other woman is Karen McDougal. Former Playboy bunny. All the non-clowns knew that 5-years ago.

In all your detailed research, did you find my lie about JoeTato Biden? Just wondering because I know how you hate people posting shit with an inability to back it up.

It went to mistrial and the remainder of the charges were dropped. He also got someone knocked up.

Do you know if Edwards had a lawyer admit to paying a porn star instead of doing it himself? He may not be a certified Jedi.
Edwards had an campaign manager pretend the child was his. Not too different from asking your lawyer to make the hush money payments. I guess, if you can’t keep your pants zipped, it’s standard practice to ask an underling to take the fall for you.

Why are you supporting either of these clowns? Does the entire Republican party really have no one better? We’re talking about a man who had multiple affairs, never read his own intelligence briefings, and boasted about sexually harrassing women. Is that really the best the GOP has to offer? A 76 year old frat boy?

The only ones that know if Trump asked Cohen to make the payments are Trump and Cohen. If the lawyer was willing to write the check, that's on him. Bill Clinton might as well have left his pants at home and I don't remember that bothering liberals. Trump "boasted" about it in a private conversation. You think that doesn't happen? In fact, it really doesn't bother me. Women throwing themselves at powerful men isn't unique to Trump. What bothers me is printing money to send to Ukraine, thus boosting more inflation and debt. Open borders bothers me. Offering to pass college deadbeat debt onto taxpayers bothers me. Blaming cops for criminal behavior bothers me. Spending $5 for a gallon of gas or milk bothers me. And ALL Biden can say is... "c'mon man, remember my predecessor?" Yes, I do. He was 100 times better.

I don't support Trump. I support accountability for all of them; but "all" includes dirty democrats like Biden, Pelosi, Schiff and Kamala Harris who is VP because of her skin color, gender and Joe's sexually harassing women everyone seems to have forgotten about. You have no idea if Trump does or doesn't have an open marriage. Just like we don't know if Slick Willy and Cankles had an open marriage. I do support the job Trump actually did. The indisputable facts of not being a political doormat. Joe Biden is every bid as dirty as Trump EVER was and I don't see you admonishing him. Biden has been a dirty, lying scumbag his entire career. Not a peep from the democrats. That's their justification for voting for him... "Trump is a jerk." I think all of us, including you, would admit the quality of life was better on the jerk's watch. And unlike Espola Fudd, I'm a true libertarian. The dems lost me with "birthing person" and "what is a woman". You can't be that fucking insane and ever have my support. And while we're at it, let's just admit it's hard to believe Joe got more votes than anyone in history after seeing him in 3rd place, behind Bernie and Pete, until the DNC told them neither was capable of winning a national election.

Blind "Just Us" is how Espola and his other avatars roll. I love Trump. Before 2015, I was not involved in politics, so I thought. Politics was surrounded me in all areas of my life. Pay for play scams came into all areas of my life right after Trump upset HRC. Anyway, I shared the story with you so many times it's not worth repeating except to say it's been a challenge. It trips me out that guys like Espola and my neighbor are all the same. They only see "Just Us" for their life.

You think we are printing money to throw at Ukraine. What fraction of the Federal Budget do you think is going to Ukraine?

It’s a little under 2%. For 2022, 113 billion to Ukraine. 6.27 trillion federal spending. 1.8%.

We’re printing and borrowing money to fund Medicare, social security, and social programs. Ukraine is round off error.

If anything, even spending a 113 billion to push back Putin is cheap. Think about how much we would spend if Russia took Ukraine and China decided to give it a try in Taiwan.

We're sending money we don't have to a war we're not in. We're also allowing in a record number of illegal aliens. 99% of whom won't have the ability to provide for themselves let alone speak the language. Who is paying for that? At least social programs help American citizens working and paying into the programs. My point is that Biden has done NOTHING for Americans. We don't have $113B to spend. And I don't see Putin in retreat mode, do you? When is enough enough? At least Biden lied about wiping out debt for college deadbeats (who get to keep their degrees, by the way) and dump it on taxpayers. He won't admit that's where it's going but we both know it is. NOTHING is free.

Save your 1.8%. The deficit is $31.5 trillion dollars. We don't have any money to hand to someone else. Yes, we ARE printing money to hand to Ukraine. We're printing money for ourselves because democrats have created a nanny state by buying votes with handouts. What's the liberal solution? "The rich need to pay their fair share". What the fuck is THAT? Wealthy people already pay 40% of the nation's tax burden. How many Ukrainians and illegal aliens are doing to donate some of their income to our underfunded programs? How much has Gavin Newsom pissed away on growing homelessness? When Trump questioned programs we needed to stop or reduce funding, liberals lost their shit. So for all the "Trump spent money", yeah, he did, just like everyone else, and when he wanted to reduce spending, liberals fought back just to spite him.

When I ask you to name something Biden has done well and the best you can offer is "convince European countries to help Ukraine", you've said a mouthful. You're right. Trouble is, JoeTato works for us. By the way, for all the bullshit liberals spew about Putin owning Trump, Putin didn't invade Ukraine on Trump's watch. Ukraine gave the Biden family $11M over 5-years and we recently learned China wrote the Bidens some nice checks. THAT, more than Trump paying a tramp hush money, is what CNN and MSN-BS should be covering 24/7.

If we stand aside while Putin reconquers the old Soviet Union, what do you think is going to happen to the US defense budget? Do you really think we will keep a peacetime defense posture while Europe is at war?

At a minimum, an enlarged expansionist Russia would mean a return to cold war defense budgets: 6-6.5% of GDP instead of 3-3.5% of GDP.

As I said before, 100 billion per year for Ukraine is cheap by comparison.

"I recently wrote that Trump was behaving like a mob boss. That comparison turns out to have been insulting to mob bosses everywhere. Andrew Weissmann, a former lead prosecutor in Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel’s office, was asked on MSNBC about Trump’s attack on Judge Merchan and his family. Noting that he had prosecuted Mafia cases in the past, Weissmann said, “You do not have this behavior from a mob boss. There is a rule in organized crime. You do not do this with respect to prosecutors. You don’t do this with respect to the judge. You certainly don’t go after their families. It’s bad business to do that.” Leave it to Donald Trump to go where Mafia dons will not. "

I suspect Biden hasn't had the impact you thought.

In his interview with the Times, Comer bragged about illegally obtaining emails about a political adversary and leaked them to the press to aide his 2015 campaign for Kentucky Governor. Kentucky law makes it a felony to unlawfully access any “computer software, computer program, data, computer system, computer network, or any part thereof.” The Congressional Integrity Project sent a letter to the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney Kimberly Baird calling on her to launch a criminal investigation as misusing electronic information in this manner is a felony: “At the very least, it now appears that Chair Comer has admitted that he knowingly received – and then used, distributed, and leaked for his own political gain-emails that he knew to be unlawfully obtained, in violation of KRS 484.855.”

James comer must be sidelined pending investigation of his actions (courier-journal.com)

Oh, so you don't do this to the judge? What about democrats standing in front of the private homes of Supreme Court Justices when you don't like their decisions? What's the rule for that, Fudd? You step in it every time, don't you?
