I read through the whole indictment. The best parts are in the second half, the narrative after the detailed counts. It seems to me that there are so many counts because t split the payoff to Cohen into multiple smaller checks, and the transaction records for each check become several of the counts (each check and the records of each check). There also appear to be two women (one is Stormy, don't know who the other is) and a doorman who were paid off to keep quiet, even though they found out that the doorman's story was false.

Edwards had an campaign manager pretend the child was his. Not too different from asking your lawyer to make the hush money payments. I guess, if you can’t keep your pants zipped, it’s standard practice to ask an underling to take the fall for you.

The only ones that know if Trump asked Cohen to make the payments are Trump and Cohen. If the lawyer was willing to write the check, that's on him. Blind "Just Us" is how Espola and his other avatars roll. I love Trump. Before 2015, I was not involved in politics, so I thought. Politics was surrounded me in all areas of my life. Pay for play scams came into all areas of my life right after Trump upset HRC. Anyway, I shared the story with you so many times it's not worth repeating except to say it's been a challenge. It’s a little under 2%. For 2022, 113 billion to Ukraine. 6.27 trillion federal spending. 1.8%.

We’re printing and borrowing money to fund Medicare, social security, and social programs. Ukraine is round off error.

If anything, even spending a 113 billion to push back Putin is cheap. Think about how much we would spend if Russia took Ukraine and China decided to give it a try in Taiwan.

If we stand aside while Putin reconquers the old Soviet Union, what do you think is going to happen to the US defense budget? Do you really think we will keep a peacetime defense posture while Europe is at war?

At a minimum, an enlarged expansionist Russia would mean a return to cold war defense budgets: 6-6.5% of GDP instead of 3-3.5% of GDP.

As I said before, 100 billion per year for Ukraine is cheap by comparison.
