T 2.0

As Colbert has pointed out, his audience is mainly younger (and some older, such as me) who view his show in snippets on YouTube and other similar apps. CBS/Paramount/whatever have not figured out how to sell that to advertisers as richly as the classic late-night shows did (see Carson, Leno, Letterman, etc).
Colbert is wrong.

Hollywood Reporter notes the average age of Colbert’s viewers is 68.

According to CNBC, the average age of David Letterman’s viewers when he handed his timeslot to Colbert in 2015 was 60.

I am telling you...our government has been run by idiots for far too long.

We had Chinese engineers working on DOD systems?

1. Bernie's entire schtick is bashing the wealthy. "Rich man bad"! Bernie owns 3 homes and took private donations on his anti-Trump tour.
2. Bernie cares about the environment and cruised the country, in a private jet, bashing Trump & the republicans.
3. Bernie hates capitalism but pocketed an estimated $2.5M from his book (according to Forbes).
4. Bernie said nothing about releasing the Epstein files on Biden's watch.
5. Bernie states Trump is hiding something. He has no knowledge or evidence that Trump is hiding something.
6. Bernie regurgitates the same bullshit libtards always do. "Trump is making his rich friends richer." Well, Bernie is worth $3-$5M himself.
7. Bernie says Trump is attacking and going after things he doesn't like. Didn't Bernie just tour the country doing THAT with Donkey AOC?
8. Bernie says Trump doesn't like a free press or criticism. Biden just stopped talking to them after Facebook wouldn't do Joe's bidding.
9. Bernie says Trump doesn't like democracy and freedom to dissent. We've seen the libtard vision of "peaceful protest".
10. Bernie wants us to be a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Well, the people spoke on November 5th, 2024.
1. Bernie and his wife own 2 homes (principal residence and vacation home). He has always favored small private donations over large corporate investments in his politics.
2. Good point, but not responsive to the question.
3. I don't see what is capitalist about writing books Also not responsive to the question.
4. I don't see your point here.
5. We all have evidence of what t has been doing. What is not known is why he is fighting so hard to hide it. As Nixon found out, the coverup is worse than the crime.
6. Just an empty cheapshot. Bernie's net worth is real estate (see #1 above), retirement accounts, and book royalties.
7. Bernie didn't threaten people with lawsuits. He spoke truth to power. Why was it necessary to insult AOC here?
8. Deflecting to a shot at Biden is not responsive to the question.
9. More cheapshots. They're beneath you.
10. Yes, the people did with some help from big donor advertising as the result of several decisions by t's hand-picked SCOTUS. The people are now learning the consequences of voting on panic.

Not responsive. You are ignoring his web presence.
The show is losing 40 million a year. That is the number that matters.

CBS owns his youtube channel. And so even with the revenue off that....it is a loss of 40 million. To be honest he isn't even that successful on youtube. There are 5k channels in the US that have more traffic.

What is not sustainable will not last.

I notice you have moved off your claim that he has a young audience.

Surprised he lasted this long.

Wow, he just did that concert a couple weeks ago, and sounded way better than you would have expected. RIP.

Not really a fan of Sabbath, but can appreciate their contributions to music and its culture.

They own 3 homes. Should I bother addressing the rest?
