I wanted to take two weeks to recover from hard core debates the last 7 years and I also wanted to eat and do whatever I feel like the last two weeks. I am now ready to go "75 Hard."

15th: Bike, ride and then sit ups

17th: Treadmill then sit ups
18th: Legs
19th: Walk 30 minutes. Finish 24 hour fast and deep prayer for our country
