More plastic than aluminum. 5 of us in the house so the drinks are a plenty that we go thru on a daily basis.
That's not even including refilling. My Yeti 32oz mug is almost always full with ice and water.
I'm only hitting the recycling center once every 2 months or so. Last time I was there I did see some dirtbag I knew
as a kid. He was recycling a Werner aluminum ladder he "found." It was in good condition too.
