He's getting blocked by the liberal woke whites folks, who use immigrants to pick their grapes for low wages. $20K a year picking grapes and other farm work. I hear 50 hours a week, no OT, "just be grateful you took a job no one in America wants, you got it." No real breaks, just eat as you work in the hot sun. Free agua. One week PTO, no paid vacation or time off. If you miss a day, they might give your job away. Like I said, STFU and be happy.
