As much as I hate what Harvard has done and represents, I don't think its fair to punish the students.

Agreed, it needs to be freed of Hamas. Israel has proven how not to do that in the last 18 months or so, and is now literally starving millions of people while shooting and bombing them as an escalation! Members of the Israeli cabinet have stated just this week that they want to ethnically cleanse Gaza. Senators (US) are calling Netanyahu telling him they can't cover for him when he is starving children to death, per .. Netanyahu! He didn't even claim they weren't .. oh wait, Israel said there were no shortages in Gaza, despite there being zero food or water deliveries in 70+ days. UK, France and Canada have said you've gone too far; British MPs who have provided unequivocal support for Israel for decades have stood up in the UK parliament and said no more; Piers fucking Morgan who has vociferously supported and justified Israeli actions for ever is now saying ... its a genocide.The Palestinians seem to do a pretty good job of demonizing themselves with protests filled with rampant anti-Semitism including calling for the death of Jews.
I'm hoping that this is maybe a sign of a turning tide, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yair Golan is just another lefty siding with a 20% issue. It's this type of outrageous rhetoric that influences cold blooded murderers like the one that killed the two young Jews in DC. Seriously, it happened just two fucking days after he said that shit. It's one thing to disagree with the policy, its another thing to say the military "kills babies for a hobby". That's completely false, irresponsible and reckless, or as you would call it dumb.
Palestinians have always chosen violence over land and peace. You can't spin history with Al Jezeera talking points.
