Yeah, its not related to Muslim's exclusively, or anti white men either. There's lots that could be cherry picked from the link, just as you've cherry picked to substantiate your view only.

You could cherry pick the chairman's quote,
“Any judge or magistrate required to sentence an offender must do all that they can to avoid a difference in outcome based on ethnicity.

“The judge will be better equipped to do that if they have as much information as possible about the offender. The cohort of ethnic, cultural and faith minority groups may be a cohort about which judges and magistrates are less well informed.”

Or that there "appears" to already be a two tier system, but the opposite way.

I don't know either way, and it seems to be a very clumsy approach to solving a perceived problem. What its not is what GB news would have you believe, they (GB news) are not very believable at the best of times, but you know - broken clocks and all that, so I don't dismiss everything they say.

Very clumsy to say the least. However, based on the groups to be considered it is clearly is intended as a benefit only to those groups in an attempt to address some perceived historical injustice. This favoritism results in a future injustice to those not a part of the identified group. As my momma told me, two wrongs don't make a right.
 
America has winners & losers. Patriots & Traitors. Marxists God haters & God lovers. I am so proud today for taking a stand against these losers like EOTL. That man is sick. Anyway, I won the game and I stand tall against the odds. Yes, I lost it all but I have my health and my dignity.
