The NASDAQ has been at near record PE ratio levels, aka overvalued. An adjustment is not unreasonable or unexpected. Although, that's of little solace for those vested in the market short term.

The good news is that long term rates are coming down. The ten-year (which is the most common index for commercial loans) is down 30 basis points since Trump was elected.

We shall see what sorts out. Trump is certainly causing a lot of chaos and the market is uncertain.

He is causing chaos... but what else was he going to do? This is shit he promised to do during his first term. Liberals are worried about the markets being hurt. These are the same people that didn't give a rat's ass about Americans living paycheck to paycheck spending 20%-25% more for groceries, utilities, etc. for 4-years. Apparently they were too busy defending trans flags. Now, 1 month in, the sky is falling and, oh... those damned Tesla people finding billions of dollars in waste and bribes. Let's vandalize their cars.

Give me freedom or give me death is the call of the hour. Look at these rats go psychopath on everything Trump. In 2017, the assholes (lawyers) on Facebook pulled the same shit; "If you voted for or even support one thing about Trump, were no longer friends."
