MLS NEXT unveils structure and participating teams for new tier of competition
Over 1,200 teams will be competing.

It’s already on the EA website. They have the brackets or divisions already set up.Where is there any announcement on this new league MLS2? It’s not on elite academy website.
I've been trying to maintain my own mental map based on the overlap, but where is this pyramid you speak of that US Soccer put out?The general sentiment around these parts has been ECNL ranks around tier 1.5 and ECRL ranks at tier 2.5 for the boys, though the soccer pyramid US soccer put out has ECRL down at 4 and ECNL down at 2.
I saw the EA and EA2 brackets/divisions but nothing referencing MLS2 yet. It’s already on the EA website. They have the brackets or divisions already set up.
I don't see it up anymore except in some tik tok and instagram videos of people trying to explain it when it got issued. Not sure how official it was but looks like its been taken down. Perhaps someone complained.I've been trying to maintain my own mental map based on the overlap, but where is this pyramid you speak of that US Soccer put out?
There is a MLSNext Southwest bracket on the EA website. Maybe that’s MLSNext2? Look at the clubs.I saw the EA and EA2 brackets/divisions but nothing referencing MLS2 yet.

Officially, mid-August. Unofficially the tentative dates are already up in mod 11: https://www.modular11.com/league-schedule/elite-academy-leagueWhen is the EA schedule typically released?
Yes but there is no mention of MLS2. Do you see it and I missed it?Officially, mid-August. Unofficially the tentative dates are already up in mod 11: https://www.modular11.com/league-schedule/elite-academy-league
Ok our coach is saying tonight at practice that EA national is the new MLS2 league and starts at U13. Which makes sense. Anyone else hear different?
I think EA National is only for the Southwest and it's where the Southwest North and Southwest South play cross-over matches. There are only a limited number of games for each team. I've not seen or heard a peep on the MLSN 2 schedule.I don't think so. EA national list Ranger FC which only has EA team.
