Best girls club longterm

I have a pretty competative daughter that plays soccer. We are new to the Phoenix area and wondering the best club at the GA/ECNL level for long term u12-u19. Practice travel time isn't an issue. I am looking for first hand information of parents that have already done this process, or who are currently in the process. Thank you

You don't have many options to sort through. The very few clubs that fit are near the top of this list.
