My wife picked up 2 today that I plan on smoking tomorrow. Reverse sear one for dinner and cut the other thin for lunches. Good stuff.

I like to marinade chicken in Chipotle Tobasco over night. Before it goes on the grill I'll throw on Smoked Paprika and Red Pepper powder as a rub. On the grill..lots of honey.

I do the same thing in the oven but prefer the grill.
