What Hoodrat said here is true. Sami and Jason know it as well. RR couldn't leave Albion EC fast enough as soon as JA arrived. Albion EC is going to end up as another broken JA boys club, and any quality left will have been sucked out of it by the end of this tryout cycle, or olders cycle at the very latest. The lemmings JA dragged over as "another top coach building in East County" have one goal and that is to raid Rebels of anyone they can get out of spite. This was the only club that finally cracked and gave JA an in. If those coaches aren't dragging a team, they are trying to steal other teams by cold calling managers, text bombing parents, etc. You would be better off at literally any other club. Run away.

"Raid Rebels of any anyone out of spite" is how this sport operates in SoCal. "Run away" is good advice. What a dumpster fire. I know a club that raided the rebels of their top leader but that's another story for a later time.

I don't have a problem with the fact they are cold calling every team over there, it's fair game and par for the course if that's how clubs choose to operate. But it reeks of desperation, and the motives behind it have little to do with benefitting the quality of kids' training and playing experience. It's a continuation of self-serving scum-baggery. Buyer beware.

As in you think Jason’s pay could be related to how many teams he gets over?

That seems a bit outlandish.
But I haven’t been at this as many of you.

My sister was at cuyamaca last night for my nephews 2014 team and she estimates there were about 70 kids there for the 2012 tryouts.
Many in surf gray.
Seems they have definitely brought a ton of kids over, or hope to. Not sure they could handle that many players with just Sami and Mike having teams.

Let's be clear how those kids got there

MM had 2 teams. MM was making thousands of dollars a yr having fake titles being paid club funds to do nothing via JA, so he follows out of financial loyalty

JA gets fired for doing shady shit like the above and stealing uniform kick back money in the tens of thousands ( new back yard make over turned out great )

Albion being desperate to survive brings in these jokers and crooks who bring their naive families with them

That is very different than a club building a solid age and having a buzz of new talent based upon dev and playing good soccer

We are currently a part of Albion and would like to know if these guys are leaving before tryouts are over elsewhere.
They were both at tryouts on Monday.

He's absolutely got facts. Guys will be gone by the weekend if not already, with more to leave sooner than later. But they're not going to put on social media or their website that directors have been working out of contract for some time being while being replaced by fraudsters. You should quite literally go anywhere else unless you enjoy being at a club charging 40% more for substantially less that is likely to implode within the next year due to slippery shenanigans. The market is oversaturated as it is, there are plenty of better options.

I’m not denying that he has facts.
I don’t understand the unwillingness to help those of us that don’t so we can do what is best for our children.

Some things are better left unsaid. I think we're trying to be helpful without stirring the pot. I'm not endorsing any other situation, but I'll give anyone with eyes and ears a HUGE RED FLAG when it comes to sticking with that program. There will be plenty of makeup tryouts from the rain next week. Get into any of them. Every club is still filling out rosters. You will have answers to your questions about who is leaving by end of the weekend. And that will be tip of the iceberg.
