Seven things happened this week that look unrelated. They are not. By the end of this you will see the thread yourself, and you will not be able to unsee it.

1. A Treasury Secretary Just Read the American System Back Into the Record
THE CLIPAt the 2026 Reagan National Economic Forum on May 28, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent gave a speech his own department published under the title While America Slept.
Read the lines yourself. Treasury put them out in writing:
“Economic security is national security.”
“Productive capacity is power.”
“We measured abundance at the checkout counter rather than at the factory gate.”
He went further. He said the “invisible hand” did not protect American industry. It presided over its destruction. He said the “rules-based system” did not discipline the people hollowing out Michigan and Ohio and Pennsylvania. It accommodated them.
That word, accommodated, is not an accident. It is an admission that the system worked exactly as designed. Just not for you.
THE RECORDMcKinley: What They Buried With Him
I wrote that article because Trump keeps saying one name, and he is not saying it as a history lesson. He is saying it as a signal.
William McKinley. The tariff man. The president who asked the wrong question for his era. What if the government funded itself through trade instead of borrowing from private bankers? What if wages rose without a Federal Reserve? What if working people thrived without an income tax?
They buried that question under a hundred years of Smoot-Hawley myth and Roosevelt mythology. And they buried the man under a bullet, the day after he announced trade on American terms.
He was buried twice. Once by the shot. Once by the history written on top of his grave.
THE SEQUENCEHere is what the record tells you the clip means.
The doctrine they buried with McKinley is now the official language of the United States Treasury. “Productive capacity is power” is the American System in one sentence. The factory gate over the checkout counter is the exact fight McKinley was in: production versus consumption, the nation versus the creditor.
They will never say “McKinley.” They will never say “American System.” The empire does not name the thing it spent a century burying. But the architecture is unmistakable once you have seen it.
When the man who runs the money starts talking like the man they shot for talking that way, pay attention. That is not a speech. That is a body being dug back up.

2. The Establishment Is Now Quoting the System It Spent a Century Burying
THE CLIPIn the same week, three of the most recognizable faces of the old order stood up and started talking like the American System.
Jamie Dimon, chairman of JPMorgan Chase, the biggest bank in America, sat with Maria Bartiromo at the Reagan National Economic Forum and called for a new American industrial buildout, “get this machine going.” Asked why it took corporate America and Washington so long to see that adversaries should not be making essential American goods, he conceded the mistake should have been fixed fifteen years ago. He praised the World War II arsenal of freedom, when the country went from building almost nothing to launching a Liberty ship every two days.
Mark Carney, Canada’s prime minister and a former head of two central banks, walked into the Economic Club of New York on May 28 and said “Canada Strong will help make America great again.” He pitched Canada as an investment hub and floated a North American version of MAGA. Days later came the part he did not put on a slide: Statistics Canada reported the economy contracted, and with the prior quarter down too, the country is being called a technical recession. His own camp calls it “just a technicality.”
Tony Blair, around May 26, published a roughly 5,600-word essay through his institute titled “The Labour Party is playing with fire.” The man who gave Britain New Labour and the Iraq war now calls for “radical centrism,” cheaper energy over clean energy, cutting welfare, and resuming North Sea oil and gas drilling.

That article is about how the machine controls what you are allowed to conclude. It does not always argue with you. Often it just changes the words, keeps the structure, and waits for you to stop paying attention.
THE SEQUENCEWhen your opponents start using your language, you have two choices about what it means, and they are not the same thing.
One: they lost the argument, so now they are copying the winner. Bessent and the tanker and the factory-gate talk made the American System the thing to imitate, and the old order is scrambling to sound like it.
Two: this is camouflage. Carney says “Canada Strong” to a Wall Street room the same week his economy slips into recession on the policies he is keeping. Blair borrows the words “growth” and “cheap energy” while running an institute funded to do the opposite (see story five). Dimon, who sat at the center of the system that hollowed out American industry, now says someone should have stopped it fifteen years ago.
The tell is simple. Watch whether the money follows the words. Canada’s recession is the money answering Carney’s slogan. When the language says strong and the ledger says recession, you are not watching a conversion. You are watching a rebrand.
Nope. The one that is left here wants to pee on youe grave Sir. I find it appalling. This espola is never happy and just called a man in your cabinet "fucking ugly." He has nothing nice to say and even said the "kids that go missing are just runaways" and he hates MAGA!! He does NOT want America do be great again. He wants it destroyed and wanted crush fired for not taking the jabs.
And California sends out ballots to dead people (very common) or people that don't live in California. My buddy's son has never lived in California as an adult, but they still send my buddy, who lives in California, a mail-in ballot for his son.
By incompetence and/or intent California doesn't have the guardrails to prevent voter fraud. By intent the Left doesn't want to change that, despite over 80% of voters wanting voter ID.

3. They Closed a Fifth of the World’s Oil From One Square Mile
THE CLIPAs of this week, the Strait of Hormuz is still effectively shut. On May 28, Bessent confirmed the active naval blockade and laid out the red lines: free and open access to the strait, and no Iranian path to a nuclear weapon. The markets are watching it minute to minute.
You were told the strait closed because of Iran’s mines and missiles. That is part of it. It is not all of it.
War-risk insurance for Gulf shipping is still running at multiples of pre-war levels. Some market estimates put the increase from roughly 0.25% to well above 1%, and some reports higher. The body that designated the entire Gulf a high-risk zone is not in Tehran. It sits in London: the Lloyd’s Joint War Committee.
And notice who leaves that lever out of the story. Chatham House, the establishment’s own foreign-policy shop, frames Hormuz as a “freedom of navigation” problem to be solved by a UK and France naval coalition. Law and warships. Not one word about the underwriting desk that priced the water shut.
THE RECORDThe City That Owns Everything and Answers to No One
There is a city inside London that is not London. One square mile. Its own police, its own courts, a charter from 1067. Nobody alive remembers who founded it. That is not an accident.
I built that article around one lesson the City learned the hard way. The Rothschilds once financed Britain’s wars and bailed out the Bank of England. Their name was on every transaction, and that visibility destroyed them. When you have a name, you have a target.
So the City absorbed the lesson completely. No family name. No founder. No face. The function survived. The family did not.
The Rothschilds were the visible hand. The City learned to have no hand at all.
THE SEQUENCEThis week the hand showed itself.
A committee in one square mile decides which waters can be insured, and a fifth of the world’s oil stops moving. No army. No declaration. No name on a pamphlet. Just a designation filed in London and a market that obeys.
That is the invisible hand caught in the act. The whole point of the City is that it never has to fire a shot, because it controls the thing the shot depends on: the insurance, the settlement, the risk. Hormuz is the week you get to watch it work.
Read the clip against the record and the lesson is simple. When the news says “Iran closed the strait,” ask who decided it was uninsurable. That is the hand.

To my knowledge, "the Left" (your description) is not fighting Voter ID per se as much as the use of Voter Id requirements as a weapon to disenfranchise existing voters.

It is intent. When they actively fight against regulations to make elections secure...that is a choice...and there is a reason behind it.
