Example of a possible lie, Mr. Kash, the head of the FBI was asked, "Did Epstein kill himself or did he committ suicide? Kash said, "I think Jeffrey killed himself." I do not believe that is true, but God knows the truth.

"enables" is an interesting word choice. I would say "assists", as its seen as part of their mission to help those in need, but they are not moving them across the border to my knowledge, which would be "enabling".
That's a classic "distinction without a difference". CC enables illegal aliens to live in the US by providing food and shelter, as many come here with zero assets and can't be legally employed. Without CC's, or other NGO's, assistance, coming here illegally would not be feasible for most.
If CC's wants to feed illegals at a detention center then more power to them.
Of course, CC will claim they're guided by a higher power to justify their complicity in being an accessory after the fact.

No. I am saying that Catholic Charities are not "enabling" migrants to cross the border, and they serve those in need irrespective of their legal status.
You seem to be suggesting that they are complicit in illegals crossing the border, like coyotes (?), and/or that illegals cross the border, in part, to avail of the services of Catholic Charities.
Now your putting words in my mouth. I said enabled, not complicit, and I wouldn't say they're proactively encouraging illegal immigration. However, without the services and assistance of CC and other NGO's, it wouldn't be feasible for illegal immigrants to come here. You can use all the semantics you want, but that's the reality and the end result.
I don't doubt that CC is well meaning but "It is always with the best intentions that the worst work is done".

They are not responsible for fixing immigration. There was a bill last year that went a long way to codifying fixes. With a GOP trifecta, they could codify what they want, pretty much, but its not a priority to legislate on - it doesn't ever appear to be, which is weird for something which is clearly a huge issue for this country.
The CC are responsible for fulfilling their mission, if you will. Its not semantics for me to say they will feed, cloth and shelter the needy irrespective of their legal status. If they were not there, illegal immigrants would still cross the border. Likewise, if the illegals were not there, the CC would still be feeding, clothing, and sheltering those in need.
I forgot, Moe and Curly have me on ignore. Most of the people who work in the NGOs and CC are good people. However, we got bad people everywhere. Wolve's in sheep's clothing and they prey on kids. Let's see what happens and what Larry, Moe and Curly have to say on ths very important subject.
