Fun to do, but I rarely find legit deals. Did score a pair of unused, old stock race skis for cheap which I use as my hardpack/carve skis.

I find much better deals from Evo or Level Nine.

Just checking for my soon-to-be-80 friends, I verified with the Mammoth reservation guys today that 80-year-olds still ski for free at Mammoth.

I didn't check on equipment rental freebies.
