I believe this is a problem. I traveled to St. Louis not so long ago and decided to stay downtown near the Arch. The park, museum, documentary on building the Arch and the ride to the top and view were a great experience. But downtown St.Louis was nearly a ghost town. I saw very few people on my walk to the Arch.

Then I saw this. Crazy.

Same last year. St. Louis downtown area was almost shut down at 7 pm on a Saturday night.
