When I make a point about the value of a college education, I'll remember this.I'm a college graduate, so frame it at that level.

Honestly his point was conveyed pretty well. Because you dont find it meaningful doesn't mean it's hard to understand.Please explain your point. That seems like a lot of effort, so I assume you had some meaningful content to convey, but it's over my head.
And yet you act as if you know the content of all of them and thus know all about me.
The Bee is what the The Onion used to be, funny.
So the National Archives clear outline of the rights to docs of Presidents & Ex-Presidents is drivel! They included a full explanation of the O docs. Given that T was President and is now an ex-President, it's all relevant to him. You know all this though, so all you have is whatabout ...Our dance included you posting drivel that didn't mention Trump. Obama kept documents because he was going to start a library and changed his mind. JoeTato stole documents as a senator, took them across state lines, hid them in his garage and lost his mind.

It certainly would if I did but I don't so its not.Are you keeping track of which profile you're using to respond? Gets a little dicey when 3 are in the same conversation, right?
That's still not an answer. Why the avoidance?When I make a point about the value of a college education, I'll remember this.
Some talking heads are claiming that the National Archives issue is a civil and not criminal matter, is that true? (and that it was the obstruction and lying that are the criminal matters).So the National Archives clear outline of the rights to docs of Presidents & Ex-Presidents is drivel! 7 links?You posted 7 links to his comment and HE'S making a lot of effort?

I'm not a lawyer, so wouldn't know.Some talking heads are claiming that the National Archives issue is a civil and not criminal matter, is that true? (and that it was the obstruction and lying that are the criminal matters).
If t had followed the same path as Pence and Biden and cooperated with the authorities and followed the advice of his lawyers, it wouldn't be any matter.Some talking heads are claiming that the National Archives issue is a civil and not criminal matter, is that true? No, I'm asking you why Trump should be in trouble for taking classified documents as a President (with privilege) but Biden gets a pass for taking them as a senator (without privilege) and as a VP (without privilege) and saying "I'm cooperating" all 6 times they learned he wasn't cooperating. Do rules now only apply to republicans?
If Trump broke the rules, so be it. He's not a worthless, piece of shit career politician like Biden. If he broke them deliberately, so be it. Let justice take its course. However, you libtard hypocrites find ZERO fault with Biden doing that and more. Not a peep. How come you losers don't call him "b"? Is it because your asshole is still sore from the fact that you bitched about Trump for 4-years and Biden made you look stupid? Once again... nobody gave a shit until you wounded virtue signalers decided you needed to dream shit up about Trump to make sure he didn't win again and save us from the shit show that is Potato Joe and Heels Up Harris. How'd that work out?
Welcome to the party, pal.

The obstruction and lying are certainly criminal offenses, but t was charged under the Espionage Act Section 793(e),
(e)
Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it;
You are misstating the situation. Why is that?
I see what you underlined, but are there claims he shared it with any foreign entities, or individuals/entities adverse to the US? My best guess is he kept them as trophies.If t had followed the same path as Pence and Biden and cooperated with the authorities and followed the advice of his lawyers, it wouldn't be any matter.
