Anyone else having a nightmare with Unisport since they took over WeGotSoccer?
Ordered cleats a month ago.
Got an alert that the shipping label was created, then it was cancelled and recreated.
Hadn't actually shipped a week later so I sent an inquiry and got back
This order should ship out soon after processing. We are pushing out orders as fast as possible and we do apologize again for any inconvenience
Still hadn't shipped in another week so I sent another message and asked to cancel, got back
It looks like your order has finished processing through the warehouse, and I expect it to be shipping out soon. A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package. Unfortunately, this order has reached a stage in its processing where it can not be altered or cancelled. Replied and asked to cancel again with 6 days of no reply.
Never going to do this again, kid just needs some new boots.
