Right now polls have Talarico as an 8 point favorite. Kalshi has Paxton 57% to Talarico 43%. "They're" predicting the biggest campaign spend in Senate history. It will be interesting.

Yes - outwardly. But the Senate has a Republican majority. If one of the leaders - and close associate of Thune - can’t deliver on this, they need new leadership. I get your point, but keep in mind the level of corruption we are seeing that has been going on for years in government and how long Thune and Cornyn have been in congress. Hard not to imagine they aren’t at least complicit - especially given their not even lukewarm effort to get the Save Act passed.
