It is common practice among the Amish to have all teeth extracted at a relatively young age, thus facing a one-time cost for dentures rather than lifelong expensive dental procedures.Then you need an implant which is a long pricey process or you could just go toothless.

I flew on one PE flight (a last-minute arrangement to get to a funeral back East). The flight stopped in Denver to pick up more passengers. A professional boxer and his entourage boarded and more or less intimidated people into giving up their seats so they could all sit together. I didn't know the flight was going to include free entertainment (which made up somewhat for the fact that the meals were not free -- or very good either).
