I was naive at one point and supported The Patriot Act as well. If I would have been better at connecting the history that I knew of centralized power, human nature, AND that we are essentially the same beings that perpetrated all of known history’s atrocities, I never would have supported it. Fortunately, I was given a chance to see the errors of my way thanks to Elon’s purchase of Twitter. People like me and this guy should simply thank Elon and those on X that have shined the light on our misjudgment, and move on. Those who didn’t support it and were unjustifiably surveilled, should sue.
